*: Cali!, Ca; Hola! My name is Anessa and I was born in California, my Father is Cuban and my Mother is Guatemalan. I have been cooking since i was a little girl. Many of my skills and recipes were inspired by my Mother and Grandmother, who cook amazing and I have been blessed to have been tought by two amazing women. Many of my dishes are inspired by my Cuban and Guatemalan roots which keep giving inspiration every day. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to travel to many different parts of the world and because of that I have been able to incororate there traditional recipes into my dishes. Seeing people enjoying my food brings joy to my heart! I'm a food lover and taste is key for me but so is being healthy. So I started to create yummy tasting healthy dishes. You must live life and eat the finest foods. I Cook w/ Love so you eat my foods I will bring Love to your Soul! I hope u enjoy my blog.
